UPON LEAVING THE APARTMENT

We kindly ask our guests to always close the door and the windows, switch off the electronic devices and do not leave the door opener in the apartment.

WIFI

Please find the WIFI access on the standee.

(Your WIFI box may have been reset, in this case please look for the username and password on the sticker on the back of the router box)

NETFLIX MANUAL

If you would like to turn these on, please follow the steps below:

  • 1. Turn ON the TV with the POWER button under the screen on the TV or on the remote.
  • 2. Press the MENU button and search for the Netflix application or press the Netflix button to open it.
  • 3. Your username is your apartment number.

HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM

In our buildings, a geothermal central cooling and heating system is in operation, which requires the following settings.

Background colors:

Red – Heating

Blue – Cooling

To adjust the temperature, please use the right-side arrows.

5 seconds after the setting, the device will display the current temperature and humidity.

Please note that it may take up to an hour for the system to reach the desired temperature.

CLEANING

In the spirit of environmental consciousness, we do not provide daily cleaning. For longer stays, on the 3rd day, a minor cleaning will be performed, and on the 5th day, a more thorough cleaning will be conducted.

SMOKING

ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING!

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, please use the balcony/terrace for it. If you smoke inside during your stay 100 EUR penalty fee will be charged!

We would like to keep the high quality of our apartments for our future guests. Please make sure that you leave it in the same condition as you received it! In case of any damage or loss caused during your stay you will be charged according to the following list:

CHECK OUT

Please leave the apartment until 10 AM, after we charge a 30 € fee on an hourly basis.
