Do you offer on-site parking?

Some of our properties have a possibility for parking but it needs to be booked before arrival. Our capacity is limited so it also depends on the availability. The prices are the following:

Vagabond Grand’Or – 20 € / night

Vagabond Broadway – 25 € / night

Vagabond Soho – 20 € / night

Vagabond Corvin – 20 € / night

After making your room reservation we have sent you an email asking you to upload your personal data. After uploading your data you will be able to book the parking lot on this link.

Can you arrange an airport transfer for me?

Yes, we offer a convenient private airport transfer service for our guests. This dedicated transfer service accommodates groups of various sizes and is designed to provide comfort and ease during your arrival or departure. The cost of the one-way transfer is as follows:

1-4 guests – 38 EUR

5-8 guests – 65 EUR

7-8 guests – 70 EUR

9-10 guests – 93 EUR

Upon ordering, our professional transfer company staff will be ready to collect you at the designated pickup location. Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed when ordered before 24 hours.

Do you have free WiFi?

Of course. All our aparthotels offer complimentary, industry-leading high speed WiFi throughout all rooms and common areas.

Can I bring my pet?

We welcome pets in all of our properties except in Grand’Or. We charge 18 € / night.

Is there breakfast available?

At Downtown, Soho and Grand’Or we have partners who offer breakfast, for 18 € / person. At our other properties we can recommend you nearby places that offer a great breakfast selection.

Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?

Please contact us before the day of arrival if you would like to check into the apartment before 3:00 PM. We cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged at €30 per hour.

Do you offer early check-out?

Please feel free to check out anytime before 10 AM. Kindly remember to press ‘Check out’ on the app when you leave.

Is there a possibility to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Unfortunately, we do not have a reception on-site and cannot store your luggage. However, there are many nearby luggage storage options available at each of our locations.

Is there daily housekeeping?

There’s a scheduled clean of your apartment on the 3rd day for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and brooms (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost.

For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 5th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 5 days thereafter.

As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily.

Can I pay with cash?

We are a cashfree aparthotel, and operating without on site recepcion, so we do not accept cash.

Can I pay with a SZÉP card?

Yes, if you transfer the money in advance if the booking is through our own website or through szállás.hu .

Is there a deposit and if yes, in what form?

We ask for a card guarantee upon online check-in.

Are there any coffee capsules?

No, we provide only coffee machine, in case you start your day with a strong coffee please bring capsules.

Are there any dishwasher capsules?

Yes, there is a set available upon arrival. For any extra capsules we ask a small fee.
