We kindly ask our guests to always close the door and the windows, switch off the electronic devices and air conditioner, and do not leave the door opener in the apartment.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, please use the balcony/terrace for it. If you smoke inside during your stay 100 EUR penalty fee will be charged!
In the spirit of environmental consciousness, we do not provide daily cleaning. For longer stays, on the 3rd day, a minor cleaning will be performed, and on the 5th day, a more thorough cleaning will be conducted.

Please note that the TV box sometimes switches itself off to save energy and it has to
be reset. Our maintenance staff always checks whether the TV is working or not, but as it resets itself sometimes, we would like to help you out to make sure you have access to the TV during your whole stay.
If you see a black screen and one of the following messages, “No signal” or
“Channels are not installed”, please do the following:
• Make sure that the UPC box is turned on/plugged in.
• Press Home button / Sources button
• Go to “Sources”
• Choose either HDM1, HDMI2 or HDMI3
