UPON LEAVING THE APARTMENT

We kindly ask our guests to always close the door and the windows, switch off the electronic devices and air conditioner and do not leave the door opener in the apartment.

WIFI

Please find the WIFI access on the standee.

(Your WIFI box may have been reset, in this case please look for the username and password on the sticker on the back of the router box)

TV MANUAL

Please note that the TV box sometimes switches itself off to save energy and it has to

be reset. Our maintenance staff always checks whether the TV is working or not, but as it resets itself sometimes, we would like to help you out to make sure you have access to the TV during your whole stay.

If you see a black screen and one of the following messages, “No signal” or

“Channels are not installed”, please do the following:

• Make sure that the UPC box is turned on/plugged in.

• Press Home button / Sources button

• Go to “Sources”

• Choose either HDM1, HDMI2 or HDMI3

NETFLIX MANUAL

We would like to make your stay easier that is why we provide you this manual for Netflix in this apartment.

If you would like to turn these on, please follow these steps below:

1. Turn ON the TV with the POWER button under the screen on the TV or on the remote.

2. Press the MENU button and search for the Netflix application or press the Netflix button to open it.

3. Your username is your apartment number.

CLEANING

In the spirit of environmental consciousness, we do not provide daily cleaning. For longer stays, on the 3rd day, a minor cleaning will be performed, and on the 5th day, a more thorough cleaning will be conducted.

SMOKING

ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING!

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, please use the balcony/terrace for it. If you smoke inside during your stay 100 EUR penalty fee will be charged!

CHECK OUT

Please leave the apartment until 10 AM, after we charge a 30 € fee on an hourly basis.
